Click Create PingBell on the dashboard. Give it a name, write a notification message, and pick a sound from the library of 70+ built-in options. Optionally invite teammates.

Connect a source
Three options: a native integration (Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Google Forms, ClickFunnels), Zapier / Make / Pabbly / viaSocket for 7,000+ other apps, or a direct webhook from your own app.

Install the mobile app
Download PingBell for iOS or Android. Sign in with the same email-link flow. Every event you wired in Step 3 will now ring the bell on your phone.

Pair a TV (optional)
Plug a streaming stick into any office TV. Install PingBell from the device's app store (Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, or Roku). A QR code appears on screen — scan it with the PingBell mobile app to pair.
