Using PingBell
Viewing a PingBell's stats
See how often a PingBell fired in the past 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
Step 1: Find your PingBell
On the home page, locate the PingBell you want to view stats for. Click the bar graph icon.
Step 2: View the stats
The stats screen opens. Use the dropdown to change the date range:
- Last 24 hours — broken down by the hour
- Last 7 days — broken down by the day
- Last 30 days — broken down by the day
This is the “Executive Reports” view at the individual-PingBell level. Use it to spot trends and identify which marketing or sales pushes are driving the most events.
