Invite people into a team on your workspace — they get its boards on day one and can hear the bell wherever they are.
How teams work
Your workspace has teams — groups of people with access to a set of boards. Invite someone into a team and they get its boards on day one: they can sign in at my.pingbell.io, watch the boards, and get notified when counters tick — on their phone with the iOS or Android app, or in the browser.
Inviting a teammate
- Open Workspace & Teams in the web app.
- Open the team you want them in (or click + New team to create one — “Front of house”, “Sales floor”, whatever fits).
- Type their email and click Invite.
- They get an email with an invite link. You can also copy the link and share it yourself — Slack, text, however your team talks.
Pending invites show in the team with a Cancel button until they’re accepted.
How many seats do I have?
Core is a single seat — just you. Plus includes a team of up to 5, and Pro is unlimited. See pricing for the full comparison.
Removing someone
From the People card on Workspace & Teams, click Remove next to their name. They lose access immediately. (Anyone can also Leave a workspace themselves.)
