Inviting teammates
Invite users to subscribe to a specific PingBell so they receive push notifications on their phones whenever the counter ticks.
What you can do today
PingBell's team primitive is simple on purpose: you can invite a teammate to subscribe to one or more PingBells. Once they accept the invite and install the PingBell mobile app, they'll get push notifications every time those counters fire.
Subscribers don't need a paid seat — the account owner's plan covers everyone they invite to subscribe.
Inviting a teammate to subscribe
- Open the counter you want them to subscribe to.
- Use the “Invite” option in the counter's settings to enter their email address.
- They receive an email with a link.
- They install the PingBell mobile app (iOS or Android), follow the link, and start hearing the bell.
What teammates can't do (yet)
We don't have full team controls yet. That means:
- No admin / editor / viewer roles
- No per-counter permission tiers
- No multi-user dashboard access — the account owner is the one who logs in to configure things

Removing a subscriber
From the counter's subscriber list, remove the person. They stop receiving push notifications immediately.
