PingBell
How it works

Point any event at PingBell. Watch it land on every screen.

Send PingBell an event and it counts it, graphs it, and rings the bell — in real time, on every TV, phone, and browser your team has open. 10 minutes from sign-up to your KPI live on the wall.

An event happens

Shopify order · Stripe payment · App Install · PDF Download · Google Forms submit · custom webhook

PingBell receives it

Counter · Graph · Notification

TV apps

Apple · Fire · Android · Roku

Phones

iOS · Android

Browsers

Web push · embeds

Step 1

Connect a source.

Three ways to get events into PingBell. Pick the shortest path from the tool you already use.

Native integrations

Shopify, Stripe, WooCommerce, ClickFunnels, Google Forms, Skool, Calendly, Kajabi and more. Install the app, authenticate, pick the event. No code.

Webhook endpoint

Every counter gets a unique URL. POST JSON to it and PingBell will count it, graph it, and ring the bell. Ideal for custom apps or services without a native integration.

Zapier, Make, Pabbly, viaSocket

7,500+ additional apps connect through any of these platforms. If you can trigger it in a Zap, you can broadcast it on PingBell.

Step 2

Configure what happens.

Every event triggers three actions at once. Tune each independently.

Counter

Set the counter label, choose fonts and colors, attach a goal line, pick when it resets (daily, weekly, monthly, never).

Graph

Every event adds a point to the time-series. Choose the window (last hour, last day, last 30 days), set the aggregation (sum, count, average), and configure goal lines.

Notification

Pick a sound from PingBell's library of 70+ built-in sounds and write a short notification body. Route it to the right team members.

Step 3

Broadcast it everywhere.

Same counter, every screen your team uses. One source of truth, on every surface.

TV apps

Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Roku. A streaming stick or Roku Express in a conference room runs the counter all day.

Mobile

iOS and Android apps for push notifications on the team's phones. Invite teammates to subscribe to specific PingBells.

Web

Every counter has a public or private URL. Embed it on a landing page for social proof, or open it on any browser.

Three common setups.

The exact path from "I just signed up" to "the team is looking at it".

E-commerce

Shopify sales on the showroom TV

  1. 1 Install the PingBell Shopify app
  2. 2 Style your Revenue, Orders and Customers counters
  3. 3 Cast the counter to the TV that is mounted in your showroom
  4. 4 Every order increments the counter up and rings a bell
Nonprofit

Giving Tuesday thermometer

  1. 1 Connect your donation form (Donorbox, Give, Stripe Checkout, or a custom webhook)
  2. 2 Set a goal of $50,000 so the counter counts down as donations land
  3. 3 Put the counter on the lobby TV and on the volunteers' phones
  4. 4 Every gift triggers a celebratory sound and moves you closer to filling the goal
SaaS

KPI tracker your entire team can see

  1. 1 Install the PingBell Stripe App and select the action you want to track (new subscriptions, payments, customers)
  2. 2 Style the counter and graph to show the metric and time window you care about
  3. 3 Launch the counter on the TV behind your desk
  4. 4 Watch the numbers climb while you work

Setup questions.

How long does setup actually take? +

If you are using a native integration (Shopify, Stripe, Google Forms), from signup to live counter is under 10 minutes. If you are using a webhook, add 5 minutes to find the right URL in your app. If you are using Zapier, add 5 minutes for the Zap.

Do I need to write code? +

No. Every integration is point-and-click. The webhook option accepts a simple JSON payload — if your tool can send a POST request, it can talk to PingBell.

What kinds of events can I count? +

Anything with a value. Orders, signups, donations, form submissions, bookings, tickets, support tickets resolved, deals closed, pages viewed, calls made. If it's a discrete event in a SaaS tool or a webhook, PingBell can count it.

Can multiple events go to one counter? +

Yes. A counter can accept events from multiple sources — Shopify and Stripe and a custom webhook, all feeding the same "Revenue today" total.

Can I share a counter with my whole team? +

Yes. Invite teammates to subscribe to a specific PingBell and they receive push notifications when it ticks. Full team controls (admin / editor / viewer roles) are on the roadmap; today the account owner configures the counters.

10 minutes from now your KPI can already be live on your TV.
