PingBell
How it works

Build a panel. Cast it to every screen.

Upload a background, drop in widgets, and style it live. Cast a single panel — or a rotating channel — to every TV, phone, and browser. Connect a live data source whenever you want a number that updates itself. Most people are on a screen in about 10 minutes.

Build a panel

Background image · counter · clock · weather · marquee — styled live

Cast it

A single panel, or a rotating channel

TV apps

Apple · Fire · Android · Roku

Phones

iOS · Android

Browsers

Web push · embeds

Optional: connect Shopify, Stripe, a webhook, or 9,000+ apps via Zapier, and a counter on the panel updates itself in real time — counting, graphing, and ringing the bell as events land.

Step 1

Build the panel.

A PingBell is whatever you put on it. Start from an image, add the widgets you want, and style every detail — no data source required.

Pick a background

Upload any image and it fills the screen edge to edge — a menu, brand artwork, a product shot, a seasonal promo, a welcome graphic. Or start from a solid color. That alone is a finished signage slide.

Drop in widgets

Layer a counter, clock, weather, or a scrolling marquee on top. Position and size each one. (Clock, weather, and marquee are on Plus and Pro; the counter is on every paid plan.)

Style it live

Fonts, colors, layout — every change shows on every paired screen the instant you make it. No re-render, no "save and refresh on the TV", no guessing how it will look.

Step 2 · optional

Connect a source.

Skip this entirely for static signage. Add it when you want a widget to update on its own — a counter tracking live sales, donations, or signups. Three ways to get events in.

Native integrations

Shopify, Stripe, WooCommerce, ClickFunnels, and Google Forms. Install the app, authenticate, pick the event. No code.

Webhook endpoint

Every PingBell gets a unique URL. POST JSON to it and PingBell will count it, graph it, and ring the bell. Ideal for custom apps or services without a native integration.

Zapier, Make, Pabbly, viaSocket

Kajabi, Calendly, Skool, HubSpot — 9,000+ apps connect through any of these platforms. If you can trigger it in a Zap, you can broadcast it on PingBell.

Step 3

When an event lands, it reacts.

Connect a source and every event triggers three actions at once. Tune each independently.

Counter

Set the counter label, choose fonts and colors, attach a goal line, pick when it resets (daily, weekly, monthly, never).

Graph

Every event adds a point to the time-series. Choose the window (last hour, last day, last 30 days), set the aggregation (sum, count, average), and configure goal lines.

Notification

Pick a sound from PingBell's library of 70+ built-in sounds and write a short notification body. Route it to the right team members.

Step 4

Cast it everywhere.

Cast a single panel directly, or sequence several into a channel that rotates on a timer — same content on every screen your team uses, one source of truth on every surface.

TV apps

Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Roku. A streaming stick or Roku Express runs the panel — or a rotating channel — on the wall all day.

Mobile

iOS and Android apps that ring the bell with push notifications on the team's phones — and pair any TV to your account with a quick QR scan.

Web

Every PingBell has its own URL. Embed it on a landing page for social proof, drop it into OBS, or open it in any browser tab as a screen.

Three setups, three flows.

From pure signage to a rotating channel to a live KPI — the exact path from "I just signed up" to "people are looking at it".

Restaurant

Menu board you update from the back office

  1. 1 Upload your menu artwork as the panel background
  2. 2 Add a marquee for today's specials and a clock in the corner
  3. 3 Cast it to the TV above the counter from a Fire TV stick
  4. 4 Change a price or a special in the web app — every screen updates live
Hospitality

A lobby channel that rotates all day

  1. 1 Build a few panels — welcome message, weather, pool hours, dinner specials
  2. 2 Sequence them into a channel and set how long each slide holds
  3. 3 Pair the lobby TV and cast the channel
  4. 4 Edit any slide in the web app and every paired screen updates — without touching the TV
SaaS

Live MRR on the wall behind your desk

  1. 1 Install the PingBell Stripe app and pick the metric to track
  2. 2 Style the counter and graph for the number and time window you care about
  3. 3 Cast it to the TV behind your desk
  4. 4 Watch it climb — every payment ticks the counter and rings a bell

Setup questions.

Can I upload my own image as the background? +

Yes. Each PingBell can use any image you upload as a full-screen background — a menu, brand artwork, a product shot, a seasonal graphic. Layer widgets on top, or leave it as a clean static slide. Swap the image any time and every paired screen updates instantly.

Does a PingBell always need a live data source? +

No. A PingBell (or "panel") can be pure signage — a menu, a welcome board, opening hours — with no source attached. Add widgets like a clock, weather, or a scrolling marquee, and on Plus and Pro you can sequence several panels into a channel that rotates on a timer.

How long does setup actually take? +

A static signage panel can be on a screen in a few minutes — build it, pair a TV, cast. If you want a live counter from a native integration (Shopify, Stripe, Google Forms), budget about 10 minutes from sign-up. A webhook or a Zap adds roughly 5.

Do I need to write code? +

No. Building a panel is point-and-click, and every integration is too. The webhook option accepts a simple JSON payload — if your tool can send a POST request, it can talk to PingBell.

What kinds of events can I count? +

Anything with a value. Orders, signups, donations, form submissions, bookings, tickets, support tickets resolved, deals closed, pages viewed, calls made. If it's a discrete event in a SaaS tool or a webhook, PingBell can count it.

Can multiple events go to one counter? +

Yes. A counter can accept events from multiple sources — Shopify and Stripe and a custom webhook, all feeding the same "Revenue today" total.

Can I share a screen with my whole team? +

Yes. Invite teammates to subscribe to a specific PingBell and they receive push notifications when it ticks. Full team controls (admin / editor / viewer roles) are on the roadmap; today the account owner builds the panels and channels.

10 minutes from now, your first screen can be live.
