PingBell
Canva → any TV

Canva digital signage: your designs on any TV, live.

Design it in Canva. Show it on the TV. PingBell connects to your Canva account from inside the board editor, imports any design as a board background, and casts it to Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, or any browser — with live counters, clocks, and messages on top if you want them.

The poster on the TV is the Canva design — with a live PingBell counter on top.

From Canva to any TV in four steps.

About two minutes the first time. Seconds after that.

  1. 1

    Design in Canva

Menu, promo, welcome screen, price list — whatever you already make. Canva’s Presentation (16:9) size maps exactly to a TV.

  2. 2

    Connect from the board editor

Open a board in PingBell, choose Background from Canva, click Connect Canva. One sign-in, one approve, and your design library is right there.

  3. 3

Pick a design, add live blocks

Click a design — it becomes the board background. Layer counters, a clock, weather, or a scrolling message on top, or leave it as pure signage.

  4. 4

    Pair the TV

Install the free PingBell app on Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, or Apple TV — or open the board URL in any browser — enter the pairing code, done.

Why not just cast a slideshow?

Because a slideshow needs a laptop, dies when the laptop sleeps, and can’t show today’s numbers. Signage should run itself.

No laptop behind the TV

Native TV apps for Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, and Apple TV, plus any browser. The screen boots straight into its board; nobody babysits a slideshow.

Edit in Canva, Refresh in PingBell

Change the design in Canva, click Refresh next to the background in the board editor, and every screen showing that board updates. No download, no re-upload.

Live data on your artwork

Sales counters from Shopify, Stripe, Square, Wix, or a form; a clock; the weather; a scrolling marquee — layered on top of your Canva design. Signage that also keeps score.

Channels: rotate designs on a timer

Build a channel from several boards — menu, then specials, then the weather — and the TV rotates through them. Every board can be a different Canva design.

Unlimited screens, no per-screen fees

Every plan casts to as many TVs as you own. Pair one per wall, per room, per location.

Read-only, disconnect any time

PingBell lists your designs and imports the one you pick. It never edits, moves, or deletes anything in Canva. Disconnect Canva in one click; imported backgrounds stay on your boards.

Works on the TV you already own

Same design, every platform: PingBell behaves identically on all four.
