How is PingBell priced? +
Flat per workspace. Core is $20/mo billed annually ($30 month-to-month), Plus is $50 ($75), Team is $200 ($300). Annual saves you a third. Every plan includes unlimited boards and unlimited screens. Bigger than Team — more than five people, or integrations we would need to build — is a short conversation and a quote.
Do I need a plan to start? +
No. Sign up free and build a watermarked board with every block in the designer. A plan is what puts it on a screen.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes — 14 days on your first paid workspace. Your card is taken up front and not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from Settings at any time before that.
What's the difference between a board, a channel, and a screen? +
A board is a single styled page — text, a counter, a leaderboard, a menu, an image, weather, whatever you want on the screen. A channel is a playlist of boards with per-board order and dwell time, rotating on the same display. A screen is the physical device — TV, tablet, projector, monitor, browser tab — that you pair to your account.
How do Core, Plus and Team differ? +
Core puts your boards on as many screens as you like, with a small PingBell mark on the screen. Plus removes the mark and adds unlimited channels — rotating playlists, so different screens can run different content. Team is about people: five teammates on one workspace, owner and member roles so you can delegate the screens without handing over billing, and leaderboards across the whole team.
Can I design my own boards, or only use templates? +
Design freely on every plan, the free start included: the full board designer, every block — counter, text, image, goal, clock, weather, marquee — and as many boards as you want. We do not gate the building. Core pairs as many screens as you like and shows a small PingBell mark; Plus removes it and adds channels.
Can you help us set it up? +
Yes. Most setups take minutes and we are glad to walk you through it. If your rollout needs real work — many locations, or an integration we would have to build — we will scope that with you first.
Can I change plans or cancel later? +
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Settings in the app. Your boards, sources and history are kept, so coming back later means turning the screens back on, not rebuilding.
I'm already a PingBell customer — does any of this change my plan? +
No. Existing plans and prices are untouched, permanently. Manage your subscription any time from Settings in the app.
