A live sales dashboard that runs on a streaming stick.
Putting the sales numbers on the wall used to mean a dedicated computer plugged into a TV, running a browser tab someone has to keep logged in. PingBell makes it a streaming-stick app: install the channel, pair with a code, and the conference-room TV becomes a live sales dashboard.
A live sales counter, broadcast from a native app on a Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, or Android TV. Priced per counter instead of per user — bring the whole team. The price doesn’t change when you add reps.
Who this is for
- VP Sales and RevOps leaders who want live numbers on the wall without a per-seat dashboard tool.
- Sales managers running an SDR or AE team where daily activity KPIs (calls, demos, closed-won) need to live on the wall.
- Call centers and BPOs with dozens of reps, where seat-based pricing makes board-style dashboards cost-prohibitive.
- High-velocity B2B SaaS sales teams running short cycle times where real-time visibility beats weekly reports.
How PingBell solves it
Native TV apps. PingBell’s Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, and Roku apps install from each platform’s app store, pair with a code from your phone, and take over the screen. No laptop. No browser tab. No “who has the login?” problem.
Per-counter pricing. Our Plus plan is $25/mo flat for 5 counters and up to 5 team members. A 20-rep sales floor watching the office TV costs the same $25 as a 2-person team. We charge for what you broadcast, not how many people see it.
Every major CRM, via Zapier, Make, or your CRM’s own webhook action. HubSpot workflows, Salesforce Flow, Pipedrive automations, and similar can all POST events to PingBell’s webhook endpoint. Most sales teams are up and broadcasting in an afternoon.
Counters and goal progress. Create a counter for “deals closed this month”, set a team goal, and the TV shows the live total alongside progress against the goal. The team phones get a push with a custom sound on every close.
Three broadcast modes, always. Every event becomes a TV counter update, a real-time graph point, and a team push notification. Reps hear the bell from anywhere in the building, not just when they look up at the TV.
Setup in 5 minutes
- Create the counter. “Deals closed today” is the starter. Pick aggregation (count or sum-value) and reset period (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Connect your CRM. Use Zapier, Make, or your CRM’s webhook action. Salesforce Flow: trigger on Opportunity stage change to Closed-Won, “Send HTTP request” to your PingBell webhook URL. HubSpot: workflow with “Send a webhook” on deal-stage Closed-Won. Pipedrive: same pattern via automations.
- Set goal lines and a reset period. Pick a team target and how often the counter resets (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Plug in a streaming device. Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, or Android TV — whatever you already own. Install the PingBell app, pair with a code.
- Pick a sound for closes. Celebration, cheer, literal bell, or your team’s chosen sound. Install the mobile app on team phones.
Pricing for this use case
Almost every sales team lands on the Plus plan at $25/mo: 5 counters (deals closed, demos booked, revenue, pipeline added, MRR) and 5 team members. Larger teams with more counters belong on Pro at $50/mo.

FAQ
Can I use our existing CRM dashboards too?
Yes. Many teams run PingBell on the TV for real-time visibility and keep their existing CRM dashboards for analysis and reporting. They solve different problems.
Do you support custom CRM webhook payloads?
Yes. If your CRM isn’t on our native integrations list, any CRM that supports outbound webhooks (or Zapier/Make) can feed PingBell in under 10 minutes.
Can I show multiple counters on one TV?
Yes. You can configure a rotation of up to 5 counters with custom dwell times. Perfect if you want the TV to cycle through “deals closed”, “demos booked”, and “pipeline added”.
What’s the SLA?
99.9% uptime on all paid plans. Check status.pingbell.io for real-time status.
