What HubSpot + PingBell does together
HubSpot doesn’t have a one-click PingBell app today — we don’t ship a native HubSpot OAuth integration. What HubSpot does have is a flexible workflow engine and tight ties to Zapier and Make, both of which let you forward HubSpot events to PingBell’s webhook endpoint in a few minutes.
The result is the same either way: deal-stage changes, MQLs, and workflow events become a counter increment, a team push, and a graph point on every screen your team has open.
Use cases
- Sales teams running live counters on deals closed and demos booked
- SDR teams celebrating MQLs and SQLs in real time
- Customer Success teams tracking renewals and expansion events
- Marketing ops teams displaying MQL velocity during campaigns
- RevOps leaders rolling up cross-team KPIs to a single broadcast
Connection paths
Three options, pick whichever fits your stack:
1. HubSpot workflow → webhook (most direct). HubSpot workflows include a “Send a webhook” action that can POST to any URL. Point it at the webhook URL of a PingBell counter and every workflow run fires an event. Works on every paid HubSpot tier.
2. Zapier (easiest). Zapier has triggers for every common HubSpot event — new contact, deal stage changed, lifecycle stage changed, ticket created. Pipe any of them into a “Webhook by Zapier” or “PingBell” action that POSTs to your counter.
3. Make. Same idea as Zapier with Make’s HubSpot module on one end and an HTTP request to your PingBell webhook on the other.
Setup
- In PingBell, create a counter. Copy its webhook URL.
- In HubSpot, build a workflow with the trigger you want (e.g. deal stage = closed-won). Add a “Send a webhook” action. Paste the PingBell webhook URL.
- (Or set up a Zap / Make scenario instead, with HubSpot as the trigger and an HTTP POST as the action.)
- Test the workflow with a sample record — confirm the counter ticks.
- Install the PingBell TV and mobile apps. Scan the QR on the TV to pair.
Why PingBell for HubSpot users
HubSpot’s dashboards live inside the HubSpot UI — web-only, dense with analytics, and not built for team broadcasting or TV display. PingBell complements HubSpot: your detailed analytics stay in HubSpot; the celebration and real-time visibility happen on the wall. Per-counter pricing means a 20-rep SDR team costs the same as a 3-rep team.
FAQ
Which HubSpot plans work?
The webhook-action path needs a paid HubSpot tier with workflows. The Zapier / Make path works on every HubSpot tier, including free.
Is there a native HubSpot app?
Not today. We’re tracking demand — if you’d find a native install valuable, email [email protected].
Can I combine HubSpot and Salesforce data?
Yes. Both can POST to the same PingBell counter, and the total reflects both.
