What Pipedrive + PingBell does together
Pipedrive has a modern REST API, a Webhooks system, and Automations that include “Send a webhook” actions. We don’t ship a native PingBell-Pipedrive OAuth app; we use those Pipedrive-side primitives (or Zapier) to forward events to PingBell’s webhook endpoint. Subscribe to the events you care about (deal.updated, deal.added, activity.added) and PingBell turns each into a counter update, push notification, and graph point.
Use cases
- SMB sales teams on Pipedrive wanting a real-time floor counter
- SDR teams running per-activity counters (calls logged, emails sent, meetings booked)
- Founders running their own pipeline in Pipedrive who want MRR-style deal visibility
- Agencies managing pipelines for clients with per-client dashboards
- Activity-KPI-driven teams rewarding leading indicators, not just outcomes
Connection paths
Two options:
1. Pipedrive webhook (most direct). Settings → Tools and integrations → Webhooks → Add webhook. Paste PingBell’s counter webhook URL. Pick the event (deal.updated with a stage filter, deal.added, or activity.added). Save.
2. Zapier. Use Zapier’s Pipedrive triggers on any of the same events, and POST to PingBell from there.
Setup
- In PingBell, create a counter and copy its webhook URL.
- In Pipedrive, add a webhook (or build a Zap) targeting that URL.
- Pick the trigger event.
- Test with a sample deal — confirm the counter ticks.
- Install the PingBell TV and mobile apps. Scan the QR on the TV to pair.
Why PingBell for Pipedrive users
Pipedrive’s built-in dashboards don’t broadcast to shared office screens. The native Pipedrive iOS/Android apps are for individual reps, not the floor. PingBell adds the missing team-visibility layer on top of Pipedrive: a single live number on a TV, plus push notifications on every team phone.
FAQ
Does it support multi-pipeline setups?
Yes. Filter by pipeline ID in the webhook payload, or run parallel counters per pipeline.
Can I track activities separately from deals?
Yes. Activities (calls, meetings, emails) fire separate webhook events. Run a counter per activity type.
Does it work with Pipedrive’s LeadBooster?
Yes. Leads generated through LeadBooster fire lead.added events.
What about Pipedrive Campaigns?
Campaign events fire webhooks and can feed counters.
