Make every happy guest visible to the whole team.
In hospitality, the work is invisible until something goes wrong. A great room turn, a perfect plating, a warm welcome — none of it shows up anywhere your team can see in real time. The five-star review lands a day later in an email nobody reads. The team that earned the moment never feels it.
PingBell makes the moment visible. Connect your review platform, your in-house guest survey, or any feedback form. Every positive response triggers a live counter on the back-of-house TV, a sound your team comes to recognize, and a push notification on the manager’s phone. The team starts to feel the wins as they happen.
Who this is for
- Hotels and resorts wanting staff to feel guest satisfaction in real time, not in monthly reports.
- Restaurants running post-meal feedback flows (QR-on-the-receipt, tablet at the host stand).
- Spas, salons, and experience venues where guest feedback is the product.
- Multi-location hospitality groups comparing satisfaction across properties.
- Hotel general managers who want a number their staff can rally around without a slide deck.
How PingBell solves it
Connect the feedback you already collect. Most hospitality teams already have feedback flowing in — Google Reviews, Tripadvisor, OpenTable, in-house Typeform surveys, post-stay emails. Pipe whichever source matters most through Zapier or a webhook. Every positive response (4-star and up, or whatever threshold you pick) triggers PingBell.
A counter the staff can see. The lobby BOH or kitchen pass TV shows a live “Happy guests today” or “Five-star reviews this month” number. It ticks up live. The number stays present in the staff’s awareness all shift.
Sound that signals a win. Custom notification sound on the manager’s phone (and any team member who opts in). A celebratory chime when a five-star comes in. A different one for milestones.
Per-location dashboards. Multi-property groups: each location gets its own counter, with a corporate roll-up showing the network total.
Setup in 5 minutes
- Set up a PingBell. Name it (“Happy guests today” or “Five-star reviews this week”), pick the metric, style it.
- Connect it to a source. Zapier triggers for Google Reviews, Tripadvisor, OpenTable, or your in-house survey tool. Or POST to PingBell’s webhook from a custom feedback form.
- Install the PingBell mobile and TV apps. iOS, Android, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, or Roku.
- Scan the QR. Open the TV app on the BOH screen, scan the QR with the manager’s phone.
- Pick the PingBell to show. Watch the numbers grow.
Pricing for this use case
A single property fits on the Plus plan at $25/mo (5 counters, 5 team members). Multi-property groups: Pro at $50/mo for 15 counters and 15 team members, with per-property dashboards.

FAQ
Which review platforms can I connect?
Anything with a Zapier trigger. That includes Google Reviews (via “New Review on Google” through Zapier), Tripadvisor, OpenTable, Yelp Business, Booking.com, and most in-house guest-feedback platforms (Medallia, Revinate, Guestrevu).
Can I count only positive responses?
Yes. Filter on rating ≥ 4 stars (or whatever threshold you set). Anything under your threshold doesn’t increment the counter.
Can I run a separate “negative feedback” counter for the GM?
Yes. Create a second PingBell, filter on rating ≤ 3 stars, route the push notification to the GM only. The team sees only positives; the GM sees the items that need follow-up.
Multi-location: can I see all properties together?
Yes. Each property is its own counter, plus a “Network total” counter that aggregates them. Corporate gets the aggregate; each property sees their own.
What happens if a review platform changes its API?
PingBell’s webhook endpoint is platform-agnostic. If you connect via Zapier, Zapier handles upstream API changes. If you connect via direct webhook, the integration keeps working as long as the source platform fires the same events.
Does it work for in-house feedback (no public review)?
Yes. Connect a Typeform, Jotform, Google Form, or custom check-out tablet to PingBell. The same counter works whether the source is public reviews or private survey data.
