Native integration

Shopify × PingBell

Broadcast every paid order to a live counter, a real-time graph, and a push notification. Native Shopify App Store integration — one-click install.

Common use cases

  • Live revenue counter on the office TV
  • Push notification with custom sound on every order
  • Per-product launch counter
  • Sold-out / inventory alerts

What Shopify + PingBell does together

The PingBell Shopify integration listens to your store’s orders/paid webhook and turns every paid order into three simultaneous broadcasts: a live counter that updates on every screen (Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, phones, browsers), a point on a real-time graph, and a push notification with the sound of your choice. It’s installed as an official Shopify App Store app, so authentication is one click and you never touch an API key.

The integration works on every Shopify plan from Starter up through Plus. Multi-store merchants can connect several stores and either combine them into one “global revenue” counter or keep each store’s numbers separate.

Use cases

  • Warehouse / showroom TV showing live daily revenue to the fulfillment team
  • BFCM / flash sale thermometer filling toward a goal across the office
  • Order alerts on every team phone so the whole team feels each sale land

Setup

  1. Install the PingBell app from the Shopify App Store.
  2. Authorize read access to orders when prompted.
  3. In PingBell, create a counter (e.g. “Revenue today”) and connect Shopify as the source.
  4. Install the PingBell TV and mobile apps, scan the QR code on the TV to pair, and pick which counter to display.

Done.

Total setup: 5-10 minutes.

Why PingBell for Shopify stores

PingBell is priced per counter (not per seat), ships native apps for every major TV platform, and installs as a proper Shopify app with one-click auth. A 20-person fulfillment team costs the same $25/mo as a 2-person team — view PingBell on every screen the team has, no per-user math.

FAQ

Does it work on Shopify Plus?

Yes, identically to standard Shopify. Plus merchants often run per-region counters, which is a good fit for the Plus plan’s 5-counter limit.

Does it slow down my storefront?

No. PingBell only receives webhooks; customers never hit our infrastructure. Zero page-speed impact.

What if the webhook fails to deliver?

Shopify retries failed webhooks for 48 hours. PingBell reconciles late events so your counter stays accurate through any network hiccup.

Does it work with Shopify POS?

Yes. POS orders fire the same orders/paid webhook as online orders.
