How to update the value for PingBell counters in Shopify
The PingBell Shopify app creates two counters showing the last 30 days by default. Here's how to switch them to any other date range.
After installing the PingBell Shopify app, two counters are generated and updated automatically. By default they show data from the previous 30 days. If you'd rather see all-time totals (or a different window), you can re-sync the counter value.
Step 1: Select the counter
Open the counter you want to update.
Step 2: Find the Value Sync section
Scroll to the bottom of the counter settings. Look for the Value sync area.
Step 3: Pick a time range
Select the time range you want to sync with and click Set.
Step 4: Done
Shopify will provide the historical data for the selected range and your counter will be re-synced.
