We shipped three upgrades to the PingBell counter view (which we sometimes call the “celebration page” internally) this week. All three are about making the counter feel more like yours — less generic, more on-brand.
What’s new
Custom sound playback on the page itself. The custom sound you assigned to your PingBell can now play directly on the counter view each time a new notification fires. This means a counter on a TV in the office hears its own sound on every event, without needing the mobile app open in the room.
Drag-and-drop image upload. Upload an image — a logo, a brand mark, a custom graphic — and place it anywhere on the counter view by dragging it into position.
Full element positioning. The counter, the disappearing notification message, and the message bubble are now all draggable. Move them anywhere on the screen. The page layout matches your branding, not ours.
Why this matters
A live counter on a TV is a piece of office decor. Like any piece of office decor, it should fit your brand. These three upgrades let you stop using PingBell’s defaults and start using your own colors, your own logo, your own layout.
