Mobile push notifications for Lemon Squeezy

Lemon Squeezy doesn't ship a mobile app for sales notifications. Here's how to get a push on your phone every time a customer buys, in 5 steps.

Yoav Shalev ·

Lemon Squeezy is great at what it does — monetization for digital creators and SaaS operators — but it doesn’t ship a native mobile app for real-time sales notifications. If you’re an indie founder or small team running on Lemon Squeezy, knowing about a sale typically means refreshing the dashboard.

PingBell fills the gap in five minutes. Lemon Squeezy supports outbound webhooks. Point one at your PingBell counter and every sale fires a push to your phone, a sound on the team’s TV, and a tick on a live graph.

Setup, end to end

  1. Create a PingBell counter. Sign in at app.pingbell.io, create a new counter (e.g. “Lemon Squeezy sales today”), and copy its webhook URL.
  2. Open your Lemon Squeezy account and go to Settings → Webhooks.
  3. Click the plus sign to add a new webhook.
  4. Paste the PingBell webhook URL into the webhook field.
  5. Pick the events to subscribe to. For sales tracking, select order_created or subscription_created.

That’s it. Test by buying a $0 product or running a webhook ping — the counter ticks and your phone vibrates.

  • order_created — every one-time purchase
  • subscription_created — every new subscriber
  • subscription_payment_success — every renewal
  • subscription_cancelled — if you want a separate counter for churn signals

Bonus: track affiliates separately

If you run a Lemon Squeezy affiliate program, create a second PingBell counter dedicated to affiliate signups. Subscribe it to the affiliate-related events and you’ve got a live affiliate-growth tracker without paying for another tool.

Try it

Lemon Squeezy + PingBell takes about as long to set up as it does to read this post. Start a free 7-day trial, copy your webhook URL, paste it into Lemon Squeezy’s webhook settings, and the next sale your store takes will land on your phone.

Put your most important numbers on every screen your team sees.
