Live sales counters for every WooCommerce store

Today we’re launching the PingBell for WooCommerce plugin — a native WordPress plugin that lets WooCommerce store owners create real-time, embeddable sales counters with one click.

Modern shoppers expect proof. They want to see that other people are buying, that the launch is real, that the urgency on the page isn’t manufactured. The PingBell WooCommerce plugin gives every WooCommerce store owner a native way to display live, auditable purchase activity on landing pages, product descriptions, and physical office screens.

What you can do with it

  • Live order counters on landing pages and product descriptions — embed the counter as social proof
  • Add-to-cart activity tracking — not just sales, but momentum
  • Live dashboards for physical office spaces — warehouse TV, fulfillment-team monitor
  • Milestone moments during launches and sales events — the counter that fills as the deal closes

Plugin features

The plugin sits inside WordPress admin at WooCommerce → PingBell. From there:

  • API key input field to connect your PingBell account
  • A button to fetch all your PingBell counters in one click
  • Dropdown to pick the WooCommerce event you want to track
  • One-click webhook creation (no manual webhook config)
  • Direct edit and view buttons for each connected counter

Supported events:

  • New order created
  • Order paid (payment confirmed)
  • Order completed
  • Order updated
  • Order deleted
  • Product added to cart

The plugin creates the WooCommerce webhook for you and lets you remove it just as easily.

Setup in five minutes

  1. Install the plugin from the WordPress plugin directory or download from GitHub releases
  2. In WooCommerce → PingBell, paste your PingBell API key (find it in your account settings)
  3. Click Fetch PingBells — your counters populate automatically
  4. Pick a counter and the WooCommerce event that should trigger it
  5. Click Add connection — webhook is created automatically

Display the counter wherever you want it: a shortcode for landing pages, the PingBell TV app on a streaming stick for the office, or the mobile app on team phones for instant pings on every order.
