How can I delete my PingBell account and all data?

We hope you stay, but if you'd like to delete your account — here's how. The action is final and cannot be undone.

Step 1: Open the Account section

Click the icon in the top right-hand corner of the PingBell web app to open your Account section.

Step 2: Open Settings

Within the Account section, find and click Settings.

Step 3: Click Delete Account

Scroll to the Delete Account button and click it.

Step 4: Confirm your credentials

You'll be asked to verify your identity. The exact step depends on how you signed up — email link, Google, Facebook, or Apple. Pick the matching option and confirm. Then click Delete.

Step 5: Final confirmation

Click Delete one more time to confirm. The action is irreversible.

What gets deleted

Your account, your PingBells, and the events tied to them are removed from our active systems. Backups are rotated out in the ordinary course of Google Cloud's backup schedule. See our security page for current data-handling details.

Want to pause instead?

If you just want to stop being charged, you can cancel your subscription without deleting the account. Email [email protected] if you'd like help.
