Archiving a source
Archiving stops a source's webhook and moves it out of your list — history and board counts are preserved forever.
Step 1: Find the source
Open Sources in the web app, find the source you want to archive, and click the pencil icon on its card.
Step 2: Click Archive
Click the 🗑️ Archive button. A confirmation dialog appears — type the source’s name to confirm.
What archiving does
- The source’s webhook stops accepting events and the source leaves your list.
- Its ID and history are preserved forever — boards keep their counts, and nothing is deleted.
- You can bring it back any time; see restoring an archived source.
Just want it quiet, not stopped?
If you only want to silence the sound on a screen while events keep counting, use the mute toggle on the screen itself — see muting sounds on a screen.
