Updating payment information
Switch credit cards, update an expired card, or change your payment method.
Note: Payment management is available on Web and Android. iOS subscriptions are managed through the App Store; see Apple's subscription help for those.
Step 1: Open the Account section
Click the icon in the top right-hand corner of the PingBell web app to open your Account section.
Step 2: Open Billing
Within the Account section, find and click Billing.
Step 3: Open Manage Your Subscription
Scroll down and click Manage Your Subscription.
Step 4: Open Payment Methods
Find the Payment Methods link and click it.
Step 5: Update
Update your payment information. Supported methods: credit card, PayPal, and Google Pay.
