Deactivating a PingBell
Deactivating a PingBell stops it from collecting data and sending notifications — for everyone, not just you.
Step 1: Find your PingBell
On the home page, locate the PingBell you want to deactivate. Click the pencil icon.
Step 2: Click the toggle
Click the toggle in the upper right-hand corner to deactivate your PingBell. Click Save to apply.
Clicking the toggle again will reactivate the PingBell.
Deactivate vs. mute vs. archive
Deactivate stops the PingBell from receiving events at all — nobody is notified. Muting only silences it on your own device. Archiving hides it from the home view but keeps it active.
