Muting a PingBell
Silence a PingBell on your own device without affecting your teammates.
How to mute
On the home page, find the PingBell you want to mute. Click the bell icon. This mutes the PingBell on your device. Click the bell icon again to unmute.
What muting does (and doesn't)
Muting only silences the PingBell on your own device. Your teammates continue to receive notifications normally. The counter continues to update and events continue to be collected.
If you want to stop the PingBell entirely — no more event collection, no more notifications for anyone — see deactivating a PingBell.
Note
The mute icon is only visible on mobile. The web app doesn't show it.
